Founded in 1962by the late Angelos Karagiannopoulos and Ioanna Karagiannopoulou–Lelouda, KLF became well known for its success in both litigation and legal consulting. Angelos Karagiannopoulos served as Legal Advisor to the Prime Minister, while Ioanna Karagiannopoulou–Lelouda taught Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens.With a distinguished and dynamic presence in the legal field for over 60 years, KLF has handled countless cases, consistently ensuring the effective defense of every client. Since 2013, KLF has been directed by Georgios Foufopoulos, and since 2021, Michaella Kyriakopoulou—a former associate—has rejoined as Head Partner in Commercial and Corporate Law. The firm maintains an ongoing presence before both the Supreme Courts of Greece and the European Courts.
