Mikaella Kyriakopoulou is a Supreme Court Lawyer. She has a great experience as Legal Director, Company Secretary, Compliance officer and DPO in several Group of Companies, the majority of which were listed in the Athens and international Stock Exchanges (VODAFONE GREECE, TRASTOR, PEGASSUS). Ismini Asimakopoulou
Ismini is a lawyer at the Supreme Court. She joined the legal tax practice of our Firm in 2013. She has previously been working as a tax consultant with one the “big four” auditing firms in Greece, as a tax lawyer with one of the biggest Greek law firms, and has a long-term cooperation with the Tax Department of the Legal Directorate of the National Bank of Greece. She is experienced in tax litigation and she has been advising Greek and international clients, individuals and enterprises from all industry lines (energy, insurance and banks, car industry) on various tax aspects of their local operations. Her areas of expertise include individual and corporate tax planning, direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing issues.
